Remote Learner Expectations

Eagles…
  • Act Responsibly (Communicate with your teachers. Stay seated during meetings and make sure the viewer can see your face. Have devices charged and plugged in with all materials ready. Meet deadlines for assignments and assessments.)
  • Give Respect (Email teachers during school hours and write for your audience. Have video on and audio off. Ask and answer questions in the chat box. Allow one speaker to talk at a time during video calls.)
  • Listen Attentively (Listen to the speaker or video without multi-tasking and take notes.)
  • Encourage Others (Encourage all members to participate in chat. Encourage class to stay on topic.)
  • Stand Tall, Be Proud ("Stop-Leave-Talk" when disrespect is heard on video.)
